How does the enrollment key system work?

  • Enrollment keys are required to access our online courses.
  • Each course offers 4 hours of continuing education credit.
  • Each key is valid for one course enrollment, allowing one user to enroll in one course.
  • Keys are not tied to specific courses. A key can be used to open any online course.
  • Keys can be used anytime within 1 year of purchase.
  • You can buy as many keys as you need to meet your needs.
  • Participants can complete a course at their own pace.
  • Your keys will be emailed to you upon completion of your purchase transaction on our secure payment form.
  • You can distribute your keys as you like.
  • You will have a web-based "Key Panel" allowing you to monitor usage of keys and track course starts, completions and certificates.
  • Refund Policy: Full refund within one week of purchase for any unused keys. No refunds after that time.

Upgrade your order by adding 2 more key at 30% off the regular price. You will have an entire year to use your keys.

Online Training

Employees take specific courses linked to their individual learning needs and performance goals.

Employees complete their assigned or selected courses on their own schedules and at their own pace.

Employees take validated assessments to test their knowledge of subject matter.

Employees have a wide range of learning options with no upfront development costs for the institution.

Traditional In-house Training

Employees with different learning needs are grouped together for an in-service training session.

Employees attend a training session at a specific time and location affecting their work productivity.

Employees leave the training session without any knowledge assessments.

Employees have limited learning options with substantial development costs for the institution.

Institutions: If you wish to give each user access to one course only, buy enrollment keys and assign a key to each user. If you wish to give your users access to two or more courses, buy a subscription key and share the key with all your users.

Individuals: If you wish to take one course, buy an enrollment key. If you wish to take two or more courses, buy a subscription key.

Individuals

Purchase access for one user. You’ll get a subscription key that gives you unlimited access to all courses. You can enroll in any course you want during your one-year subscription period. For continued annual access, make a new purchase every year.

Institutions

Purchase access for as many users as you need. You get one single subscription key that you can share with all your users. The key gives unlimited course access to your users, allowing them to enroll in any course during your one-year subscription period. You will get a "Key Panel" to monitor usage and track course enrollments, completions, and certificates. For continued annual access, make a new purchase every year.

VIP Discount
