How does the enrollment key system work?

  • Enrollment keys are required to access our online courses.
  • Each course offers 4 hours of continuing education credit.
  • Each key is valid for one course enrollment, allowing one user to enroll in one course.
  • Keys are not tied to specific courses. A key can be used to open any online course.
  • Keys can be used anytime within 1 year of purchase.
  • You can buy as many keys as you need to meet your needs.
  • Participants can complete a course at their own pace.
  • Your keys will be emailed to you upon completion of your purchase transaction on our secure payment form.
  • You can distribute your keys as you like.
  • You will have a web-based "Key Panel" allowing you to monitor usage of keys and track course starts, completions and certificates.
  • Refund Policy: Full refund within one week of purchase for any unused keys. No refunds after that time.

Online Training

Subscription Key System

  • You get one single subscription key that you can share with all your users.
  • The key gives unlimited course access to your users, allowing them to enroll in any course.
  • The key is valid for one year from date of purchase. You can buy a new subscription key every year to have continued access.
  • You will get a "Key Panel" to monitor usage and track course enrollments, completions and certificates.
What if I have less than 5 users?

You can still buy a subscription key if you have less than 5 users. The 5 users minimum is for pricing purposes only to make it feasible for us to offer unlimited access to all courses. Even if you are a single user and want to access more than 10 courses, you’ll save money if you buy a subscription key.
